चैली देवता का मंदिर (Chelli Mandir) is near to Kandha & is appox 2 km far from Kandha towards Pandoh road. Temple is very old and every year two festivals are celebrated here. This temple place is surrounded with big devdar trees. When seen from a distance  this is the place you would not to miss in next visit. Facilities are not available here as of now and is near to main road only. Surrounding forest is of small trees of Kail (कैल). 

This temple can be visited at any time all over the year. but if visited in winter during jan / feb you may get bit snow here. During snowfall this is just awesome. ! You can get a trekking route in snow from Chaili to Bansakodi by Khainayari. Also you can plan towards Bagsaid from here.

Chelli Mandir balatika Temple History:-

As per local peoples, this temple is of dev "Balatika" and normally they call it "Chaili / चैली" dev. Main origin and Kothi of this temple is at Purani bagsiad which is appox 1 km from temple toward Bagsiad. Khanyari road is connected with main Kandha Pandoh road at Bajukhar. As per locals, although origin of this God/Rishi was purani bagsiad but Pujari went to badin and so went the God with him. These days also Pujari is from badin.

There are 5 har (पाँच हारी) currently for chaili dev.
